Through skillful listening and proven participatory engagement methods, I create efficient, inclusive and rejuvenating planning processes to bring organizations and big visions into the future.


Most organizations or design/development project managers feel like they do not have the time, capacity or resources to invest in inclusive processes, even when they know this is critical for their mission or project's success, authenticity and impact.

I design lean-budget, high impact, invitational spaces and processes for diverse stakeholder engagement, mutual learning and shared project ownership.

Pulling from Human Centered Design practices, ladder of participation theory and proven facilitation methods, I help organizations and design/development projects see beyond their blind spots and expand the circumference of their decision-making tables.


Game-changing work requires important conversations that can be challenging, controversial and complex.  A skillful, objective facilitator is often invaluable in ensuring that meeting objectives are clear, diverse opinions are valued, consensus or shared understanding is gained, and next steps are mutually understood.

Based on client's needs, I craft and facilitate well-researched, highly organized and high impact meetings, processes and events ranging from internal organizational meetings or long-term stakeholder engagement to board and staff retreats.



Communicating complex visions and multi-faceted projects to target audiences and potential donors can be extremely challenging if you are too close to the work and/or have minimal staff to manage diverse communication channel needs.

I provide strategic communications and development approaches to lead initiative branding and roll out, event design and facilitation, high-impact synthesis writing and speech writing, integrated graphic strategy, tailored individual and foundation development approaches, executive leadership coaching, and board education. 

PROJECT design + management

Often a vital, big-picture idea or long nurtured need must get off the ground - for impact, for sanity and/or for the success of your mission. It demands research, design and structure to launch and fuel, tenacity and an understanding of the long-haul to thrive.

Project design and management are superpowers that serve as my baseline for all the services described above. I work within organizational resources to do the needed R+D to design a new project or campaign, to launch and hand over to existing staff, or manage for the long-haul. In addition to content development, this includes stakeholder engagement, communications and long-term fundraising strategy as the project demands.
