Ginger Daniel has 20 years of experience working with award-winning non-profits, social entrepreneurships and government agencies on both coasts, locally and globally.

Ginger is a gifted and experienced strategic planner, facilitator and communicator. She sees the bigger picture and quickly distills component parts and complex linkages. She deeply values personal relationships and her visual communication skills accelerate complicated conversations and catalyze new ways of understanding. Her commitment to inclusion and generosity bring more voices and benefits to everyone at the table and those beyond.

Ginger has honed her strategic planning, organizational development and facilitation skills as an executive director, board member, regional sustainability planner, ecological designer, communications strategist, development officer, gender and development trainer, micro-enterprise manager, international conference coordinator, activist and more.

Her subject matter experience includes women's and LGBTQ rights, immigrant and refugee rights, pop culture and social change, equitable evaluation, population health, international development, regional sustainability planning, local food justice movements and global fair trade. 

With a master's degree in sustainability planning and design, she understands the interconnected challenges of our day and incorporates innovative design thinking to solve problems big and small. As a Peace Corps Volunteer in Guatemala, she is rooted in power and privilege dynamics and challenging social and economic inequity. Earning her bachelor's degree in Russian and Eastern European Studies during the fall of the Berlin Wall, she deeply values intercultural communication and knows massive global change is possible.

Raised and professionally nurtured in Washington, DC, Ginger brings mature, diplomatic approaches to her work. Now a long-time resident of the West Coast, she embraces a deep heart, a passion for nature and a mindful perspective in all she does.

Ginger speaks conversational Spanish, rusty Russian and dances the international languages of Salsa and Queer Argentine Tango.
